Governance: the New Board of Directors of the OPT-NC
Chaired by Yoann LECOURIEUX, the 1st Board of Directors Meeting of OPT-NC for the new term took place on September 21, 2021 in the council room of the town hall of Dumbéa, health measures were stictly respected. This Board of Directors' meeting allowed the designation of the vice-president of the Board, the members of the tender committee and the OPT-NC representation within our subsidiary OFFRATEL and the CSB.
The last elections modified the composition of New Caledonian institutions and therefore the representatives in the deliberative assemblies of public institutions. While Yoann LECOURIEUX and Vaimu'a MULIAVA have retained their positions as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Vice-Chairman of the OPT-NC, some members have been replaced by new directors.
This new term ends on December 31, 2021.
