Provincial elections: OPT-NC in full preparation!

Led by the Haussariat, the organization of provincial elections mobilizes many resources, including employees of the OPT-NC. Collection, packaging, routing, sorting and sending 170 000 envelopes: the office is at the heart of the operation!

Many OPT-NC employees are mobilized to prepare for the provincial election.

Accompanied by 200 young people from the MIJ, responsible for enveloping, the agents of the office have the role of collecting the 170 000 envelopes (22 tons), then forwarding them to the postal processing center (CTP) in order to sort and send them to each voter in the different municipalities.

All CTP employees - supported by other colleagues in the mail and parcel department - have been mobilized and are actively working on this major operation for a maximum of 3 days (Thursday 2, Friday 3 and Saturday 4 May ).

Sending election materials and proxies

Beyond the sending of the newsletters and the professions of faith of each political party to the electors, the OPT-NC also had for mission to send the electoral material in the town halls, on April 30th. It is also important to highlight the investment of the staff of the CTP, the 2 distribution centers and the agencies that will ensure the delivery of the last proxies until the day before the election on Saturday, May 11th.
