Among the approved deliberations, the following are particularly noteworthy:

• The withdrawal of Deliberation n°60/2020 dated 25 August 2020 regarding the creation of an interconnection offering   for a third party, voided by the recent decision handed down by the Paris Court of Appeal;

• The briefing note on the progress of the project regarding the roll-out of a second submarine cable by the OPT-NC to secure domestic and international traffic in New Caledonia;

• The authorization to sign the Landing Party Agreement with FINTEL regarding  the housing and the landing of the OPT-NC’s cable in FINTEL’s landing station in Suva Fiji, granted to Acting General Manager, Philippe Gervolino ;
